Casa Blu was founded by the Suárez brothers — heirs to a culinary legacy that began in a little blue house in Bolivia. That house, our grandparents’ home, became our father’s first restaurant. It’s where we learned the craft. Now in Estero, we continue that story with warmth, soul, and fire.
